MTN Fun Basecamp
By completing a booking with MTN Fun Basecamp (“MTN Fun,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all campground rules, policies, and terms published on our website. These Terms of Service apply to all guests, regardless of booking platform.

Group Camping & Occupancy Rules
RV Site Use Policy
Parking, Vehicle & Towing Rules
Noise, Quiet Hours & Lighting Rules

Safety & Restricted Area Rules
Failure to comply with these policies may result in fines, removal from the property, denial of accommodation, or termination of your stay without refund.
2. Booking Accuracy & Guest Responsibility
Guests are responsible for ensuring that their booking accurately reflects:
Number of guests
Number of vehicles
Site type (RV vs tent)
Vehicle or camping setup
Providing incorrect, incomplete, or misleading booking information may result in enforcement action, reassignment (if available), or denial of accommodation without refund.
3. RV Site Eligibility
RV sites at MTN Fun Basecamp are reserved exclusively for self-contained RVs.
RV sites may not be used for tent camping
Sleeping in tents, cars, or non-self-contained vehicles on RV sites is not permitted
Sprinter-style camper vans and similar self-contained vans are permitted if they fit within the site
If you arrive with a setup that does not qualify for your booked site:
You may be reassigned only if an appropriate site is available
If no appropriate site is available, you will be turned away
Refunds will not be issued for bookings made or used in violation of RV site policies
4. Group Size & Multiple-Site Bookings
MTN Fun Basecamp is designed for individual-site camping, not large group gatherings.
The maximum group size is 12 people total, regardless of how many sites are booked
Grouping of individual sites (shared kitchens, canopies, centralized gathering areas) is not permitted
Booking multiple sites does not create a group booking
Larger group stays may be considered outside the busy summer season only, and only with prior written approval from MTN Fun Basecamp.
Groups operating outside approved limits or terms may be required to reduce their size, relocate, or leave the property without refund.
5. No Walk-Ins & Trespassing
MTN Fun Basecamp does not operate a traditional front desk and does not offer phone service.
All guests must have a confirmed reservation before arrival
Walk-ins are extremely limited and apply only to select RV-only sites
Walk-in availability is never guaranteed
Guests arriving without a confirmed booking, or without eligibility for a walk-in RV site, will not be accommodated.
Entering the property without a confirmed reservation is considered trespassing and may result in removal from the property.
6. Cancellation Policy
All bookings are paid in full at the time of booking.
Single-night bookings are non-refundable
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before arrival receive a refund minus one night per site
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival receive no refund
Date changes are not offered; all changes are handled as cancel and rebook, subject to availability
Environmental conditions such as weather, smoke, air quality, wildlife activity, or road conditions do not waive cancellation fees if the campground remains open.
Lodge suites and cabins are booked through Airbnb and are subject to Airbnb’s cancellation policies.
7. Site Assignment
MTN Fun Basecamp reserves the right to reassign campsite numbers for operational or logistical reasons. Guests will only be moved to an equal or upgraded site within the same category.
