Welcome to MTN Fun Basecamp

MTN Fun Basecamp is a small campground in the heart of Squamish, BC.

We’re not a resort and we don’t offer a packed schedule of on-site activities. Instead, we provide a quiet, well-maintained basecamp for people who come to Squamish to spend their days outside and their nights resting well.

Whether you’re here to ride, hike, climb, paddle, or explore the Sea to Sky corridor, MTN Fun Basecamp is designed to be a calm place to start and end your day.

What to Expect at Basecamp

Trailside Location

Our location puts you right in the middle of Squamish’s trail network.

  • Ride-in, ride-out and hike-in, hike-out access from camp

  • Easy access to Alice Lake, Four Lakes Trail, and Diamond Head zones

  • No need to drive to reach many popular trailheads

This makes MTN Fun Basecamp a natural fit for mountain bikers, hikers, climbers, and backcountry travelers.

Wi-Fi & Charging

  • Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in the main lodge and at most serviced RV sites

  • A communal charging station for phones and small personal electronics is available in a shared area

  • E-bike charging is not currently available (a dedicated station is planned for the future)

Hot Showers & Clean Facilities

  • Hot showers are included for all registered guests

  • Shared washrooms are cleaned daily and are available 24/7

  • Facilities are centrally located in the main lodge

Bike-Friendly Setup

  • On-site bike wash station for post-ride clean-ups

  • Direct trail access from camp

  • Dialed-In Cycling operates on the property, offering bike rentals, coaching, and guiding

Supplies & Essentials

  • Firewood and ice are available for purchase during camp office hours

  • Limited snacks and drinks are available through Dialed-In Cycling

Dogs & Local Care Options

Dogs are welcome at MTN Fun Basecamp and must be leashed at all times while on the property.

For guests looking for off-leash care during the day, Barkendale Dog Daycare is located just minutes away and offers professional daycare services while you’re out adventuring.

Occasional Community Activity

From time to time, you may see small, low-key outdoor gatherings such as group rides or clinics organized by Dialed-In Cycling. These are limited in scope, wrap up early, and are designed to maintain the calm atmosphere of the campground.

MTN Fun Basecamp is not an event venue and does not host large or late-night gatherings.
